In the event of cancellations, we kindly request that customers notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour may result in a penalty of the booking fee.

2.  Tour Guidelines and Safety

During the tour with Daurum Solar Boats, members are required to adhere to all safety instructions provided by our staff. Children must be accompanied by adults throughout the duration of the tour. Additionally, all participants must wear life jackets and other provided safety equipment for their safety if requested by the crew members.

While consumption of alcohol is permitted onboard in moderation, intoxicated individuals may be refused boarding or removed from the tour to ensure the safety of all passengers. We advise participants to safeguard their personal belongings as Daurum Solar Boats holds no responsibility for any loss or damage to items brought onboard.

Additionally, tours may be altered or canceled due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen events prioritizing participant safety. We reserve the right to make necessary decisions concerning tour modifications in such instances.

4.  Pricing and Payment

For pricing, our tour and additional service rates are conveniently available on the website, though they are subject to change without prior notification. Payment for our tours and services can be seamlessly processed online through credit card transactions or other accepted payment methods.
